Booking a session with us is simple! You can either Whatsapp us at 0609738651 or email us at info@lumenmedia.co.za, with a time and date that works best for you. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

We understand the importance of a quick turnaround! Typically, you can expect to receive your professionally edited photos within 24-72 hours after the shoot. We also offer rush delivery for an additional fee if you need them sooner.
We understand that things can change! If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations occurring on the day of the appointment will incur a fee. We’ll work with you to find another time that fits your schedule.
We currently serve the following areas: Western Seaboard, Atlantic Seaboard, Southern Suburbs, Northern Suburbs and Southern Peninsula. If you're outside of our typical service area, please reach out to us for availability and potential travel fees.

We ask that the homes are photo-ready before the photographer arrives at the property. This means that all personal items and clutter are packed away, security gates are open, curtains and blinds are open, the swimming pool is clean, cars are in the garage with the door closed, the garden is tidy, all lights are on, etc. The photographer will do minimal styling and move non-valuable items around. Photographers are not allowed to move any valuable items in the house. For any additional tips or questions please reach out to us.
We serve the Western Seaboard, Atlantic Seaboard, Camps Bay, Hout Bay, CBD, Southern Peninsula, Deep South. For any other area outside of this a travel fee will apply.
We edit the photos ourselves in-house. We can do sky replacements, lighting corrections and removing certain items to an extent. We aim to provide a bright and realistic representation of the space photographed and avoid over-saturating images.
The owner reserves the right to use the photos in whichever way they please. Lumen Media will have the rights to use the photos for marketing purposes as well.
Golden hour, twilight, morning light etc. It depends on the property and the desired look. Twilight is often an excellent time to make a property stand out above the rest. If the property has an ocean view, the best time would be before the sun creates a glare on the water in order to make the blue of the ocean pop and stand out.
